Correct documentation of exclude setting

Browse Source 
`exclude` setting expects a string that is a Yaml formatted list of globs, ex.:
```
        exclude: '
          - **/.git*
          - **/.git*/**
          - **/node_modules/**
          - fileToExclude.txt
          '
```
